Error description

Microsoft Windows Start Menu items for card based menus
(Windows 8, 10) are confusing when multiple profiles are
created. Appending the profile names to the shortcuts to
resolve the issue.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: On newer Windows systems, start menu    *
*                      shortcuts may only be one or two        *
*                      levels deep, resulting in identical,    *
*                      shortcut names.                         *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
For Microsoft Windows systems containing "tiles" (that is,
Windows 8) or subdirectory level restrictions (Windows 10),
there can no longer be nested folder structures for program
shortcuts. As a result, shortcut names that were separated by
folder structures would appear identical to each other.

Problem conclusion

The shortcut names were renamed to contain profile-specific
information such as the profile name they belong to.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.11 and 9.0.0.1.  Please refer to the
