PI64072: SQL REQUEST RETURNS INCORRECT ROWS FROM MAIN PARENT TABLE WHEN USING SUBTABLE SUPPORT AND MISSING “ORDINAL_POSITION” COLUMN

Error description

• Data Service may return incorrect number of rows from the main
  parent table when using subtable support.
  When connecting to a Federated Server LUW, it fails with “No
  column labeled 'ORDINAL_POSITION'” in the result set.
  
  * Fix incorrect number of rows on queries to the main
    table with subtables support
  
  * Fix driver issue when calling
    SYSIBM.SQLXXXX STORED PROCEDURES and the target LUW is
    not configured with CCSID 1208
  
  * Change CQDEXSWI input dataset to SCQDOBJX(CQDOBJ)
