* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend U4039, ABEND202, or ABEND702 may  *
*                      be seen during replication processing.  *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
During replication processing, several timers are set so
processing can continue.  The timers may have been set
incorrectly due to not clearing the timer fields.  This can
cause any of the abends U4039, ABEND202 or ABEND702.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Classic has been changed to clear the timer clock fields as well
as the ECBs so they can be processed correctly.
