Error description

The JSP attributes, scratchdir and useJDKCompiler, are not
listed in the documentation as available attributes that can
be configured on a Liberty profile server.
The scratchdir attribute allows a user to specify an
alternate directory where JSP class files are compiled to.
The useJDKCompiler attribute allows a user to specify the
compiler in the JDK is used instead of the default JDT
compiler.

Problem conclusion

The metatype files in the JSP Container were updated to
document the scratchdir attribute.
