Error description

• After applying APAR PI59811 (PTF UI36929), ABENDU4013 with
  FABH0855E is issued incorrectly:
  FABH0855E COMPRESSION EXIT ROUTINE xxxxxxxx INITIALIZATION ERROR
  
  This error occurs if register 0 is not modified in the INIT
  function of the compression exit routine. Register 0 should
  be set to zero before calling exit.
