  *                      values, the Compare, Analyze or         *
  *                      CM Batch job may incorrectly fail       *
  *                      with RC=8 and an ADB7168E /             *
  *                      msgadb7168e error message               *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When using the DB2 Object Comparison Tool and the
  DB2 Administration Tool to compare or make a change
  to a table with LOB columns that allow null values, the
  Compare, Analyze or CM Batch job may incorrectly
  fail with RC=8 and an ADB7168E / msgadb7168e
  error message being issued. The text of the error
  message reads as follows:
  
  ADB7168E The source table space cannot contain the
  table record length. Specify a larger buffer pool to ensure
  that the page size is suitable for the table record length and
  the table space can contain the record.
  
  The error message indicates that the change cannot be
  implemented because the recorded length of the table
  exceeds the page size limit of the table space. But actually
  it does not.  The ADB7168E error message was
  displayed because an unnecessary byte was added
  by the compare program to the total record length of
  the table because of the nullable LOB column.
