  • "XX.&3:0EXTDSN" : "XX." usage.

XX is added to the header of the file name istead of the 3
first characters.

Example, if on a IDF named "ARNULF", the local DSN is coded
like "XX.&3:0EXTDSN".
The file allocated is "XX.YY.TOM.TEST".
On the PI37 field there is "YY.TOM.TEST".

The result should be "XX.TOM.TEST".
