Error description

  • In following the description in the QCF User's Guide ch 15,
'Locating the Dump Checkpoint for RECOVERDM', the step FINDCK
using the utility program RECOVERD aborts with the following
error message only when running with IMS V13 log input:
002T CKPTIFIL failed to open, terminating

This is a FF of PI32095.  Also PI33238 will be forward fitted
here as well as it hits the same rountine(s).
