APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If there are several AuditServiceProvider settings and you can
  extract them to a property file by using PFBCT.
  
  AdminTask.extractConfigProperties('[-propertiesFileName
  /tmp/AuditServiceProvider.props -options
  [[PortablePropertiesFile true]] -filterMechanism
  SELECTED_SUBTYPES -selectedSubTypes [AuditServiceProvider] ]')
  
  You will expect that these settings can be imported also.
  
  AdminTask.applyConfigProperties('[-propertiesFileName
  /tmp/AuditServiceProvider.props -reportFileName
  /tmp/AuditServiceProvider_report.txt]')
  
  But when we apply the property, unexpected overwrite issue will
  happen and only one AuditServiceProvider settting remains and
  the other settings will disappear.
  
  The same issue will happen for AuditEventFactory setting.
  
  
  We can see that the settings were overwritten in the log.

  Extracting existing AuditServiceProvider using the
  extractConfigPropeperty command to a property file and
  modifying the property file to create a new one using
  appplyConfigProperties ends up overwriting the existing one
  instead.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code is fixed to allow the creation of a new
  AuditServiceProvider using the applyConfigProperties command.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.5.5.11 and 9.0.0.1.  Please refer to the
