• IBM Rational Developer for Z Systems with IBM Rational ClearCase
  ClearTeam Explorer Extension (CTE) does not pass the
  "add-to-source" comment to the CCRC WAN Server when it adds an
  element of the logical model.
  This behavior is seen when the "Use batch process..." preference
  is turned ON.
