Error description

• When performing cloning from an image copy with
  SPACES-PER-MINILOG(1) and MAX-SUBTASKS(1) specified in the
  source job, users may see the following error message:
  CKZ54991E Log Apply Initialization Failure, RC=X'00000008.
  

Local fix

• Run the cloning job with MAX-SUBTASKS(n) where n is greater than
  1.
