APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• While running IBM Rational ClearCase version 8.0.1.9 a
  view_server segmentation fault can occur, if the eacl cache gets
  flushed between retransmissions of an RPC from a client.
  The second transmission triggers view_server to refer to memory
  that has been reused causing it to terminate.
