Error description
Customer is receiving intermittent CMOD system log error 125 messages, Unable to create symbolic links, with errno 183, cannot create a file when that file already exists. The APPEND links are used to concatenate small load objects together to make larger ones and lessen the overall number of separate objects in the system. Their data is being stored. The APPEND is just a link telling CMOD which object is being appended to. What the error may mean is switching to a new object to append to isn't working during loads. The APPEND links are also processed by the arsmaint command. Since the APPEND links are being switched to new objects at some point, the customer may just have larger objects than intended or smaller ones. The system is working, just not as designed.
