Error description

• If GDASD RECOVER finds unexpected FlashCopy relationships, it
  fails with 'RECOVER DETECTED NON-GDPS MANAGED FC RELATIONSHIPS
  RC=12', but does not provide details about the unexpected
  relationships. New function is needed to provide these details.
