PI62735: The groupId(s) get lost in id

Error description

Lost groupIds in id_token and introspection.
The reason for that is we may read group from the dummy
UNAUTHENTICATED subject. The fix is to check if subject is
unauthenticated or not, and ignore the dummy subject.

This is a regression between 8.5.5.8 and 8.5.5.9

The group IDs were not returned in the ID token because the
code
was incorrectly reading the group membership information from
the special UNAUTHENTICATED subject.
This is a regression between 8.5.5.8 and 8.5.5.9

Problem conclusion

The problem was fixed by not reading the group IDs information
for the for the special UNAUTHENTICATED subject in the
credentials.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.2 (there is no 8.5.5.10 in Liberty). Please refer

Temporary fix

There is no workaround for this problem.
