Error description

• IBM Tools Base(TOSI) gets ABEND0C4 during Index Builder IVP
  when RACFCHK=YES is configured for TOSI.

  When RACFCHK=YES is specified in the FOIssidP configuration
  member for a TOSI server (here, ssid is an IMS ID), an IMS Tools
  job that uses the TOSI server gets to ABENDS0C4 just after the
  second FOI110I message was issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following TOSI client module has been changed to fix the
  above problem:
