PI62676: RTF FILE IS CORRUPT- IN RTF REPORTS AFTER APPLYING IFIXS 05 AND 06 SEE ESC 50376

Rational Change Interim Fix 7 for 5.3.1.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer built some simple RTF reports that resulted in RTF
  files that were corrupt when opened.
  
   this problem seems to be database content related (and we
  suspected specifically CR description field content related).
  
  
  Using customer data we confirmed that the RTF reports are
  failing because of content in the Rich Text description
  field(s). We haven't seen that in past versions.
