The userFilter attribute was not being parsed correctly when it
contained the userAccountControl attribute. This lead to a non-
functional userFilter configuration.

Problem conclusion

The parsing of the userFilter attribute was updated to consider
a userAccountControl attribute.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
