Error description

• When performing an unload with the SQLPART option that limits
  the scope of the data to be unloaded to a subset of partitions
  of the object, the utility unduly checks the restricted states
  of all the partitions of the table space which might lead the
  process to be stopped because of the restricted state of a
  partition not involved in the unload in which case a message
  such as INZI181E THE PARTITION n OF THE TABLESPACE
  REBZZDZZ.REPZZA03 IS NOT AVAILABLE : restricted_state.
