Fix required for all supported releases.

Problem summary

Edge Caching Proxy generates a directory listing any time a
"welcome
file" is not found in a directory.

Problem conclusion

A "DirListingDisable" directive was added.

This fix is targeted for fix packs:
9.0.0.2, 8.5.5.11 and 8.0.0.13
