Error description

"mapUsersToNamingRole" AdminTask command fails with
NullPointerException when accessId (optional parameter) is not
provided.

The code was accessing an "accessIds" object even when it was
NULL.

Problem conclusion

The code has been updated to resolve the issue.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.43, 8.0.0.13, and 8.5.5.10.  Please refer to
