PI61363: AXIS2-SAAJ.JAR NOT CORRECTLY HANDLING THIRD PARTY WEBSERVICE CALLS FROM WEBSERVICES.NL WITH JAXWS

Error description

• using a third party webservice from webservices.nl which passes
  a username and password in every webservice call with JAXWS does
  not return both field values.
  
  Example scenario:
  a) In JAXWS rather then webservices.nl's encoded style the
  document/literal style  must be implemented.
  b) Set the username and password in the SOAP header.
  c) The translation from a record to SOAP-XML header doesn't
  return the password value with nested records.
  By nesting records and setting the service's soapheader while
  the SOAP header structure conforms to webservices.nl
  requirements only the first field from the nested
  record(username) is set within the generated SOAP header.
  webservices.nl will then reject the call since there is no
  password field present.
  
  This issue has been identified as a defect in the axis2-saaj.jar
  by development.
