Error description

• An out of sync condition can occur between the METR writer task
  and the interval switching task, which allocates and cleans up
  resources for all backstore writer tasks.
  The following symptoms are addressed:

  CQM2610E NO FURTHER SUMMARY DATA WILL BE RECORDED UNTIL THE NEXT

  LOSS MAY HAVE OCCURRED
