  • The following TCz issues are addressed by this APAR:
1. Update the description for Data Sharing.
2. Repository table space fields to allow -1 as a valid value.
3. Include OWNER for BIND Packages, Plans on BIND members
   B3RBAAAB and B4VBAAAB.
