  When changing the installation default parameters on panel
  ADB2P and the Change Mangement option is disabled, DB2
  Admin fails with a SQLCODE=-104 / SQLCODEN104 error:
  
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -104, ERROR: ILLEGAL SYMBOL ".". SOME SYMBOLS
  THAT MIGHT BE LEGAL ARE:  >IDENTIFIER< XMLTABLE TABLE FINAL OLD
  DSNT418I SQLSTATE = 42601 SQLSTATE RETURN CODE
