Error description

• When having an IBM Rational ClearQuest record type with more
  than one action
  of type Modify the creation of a link to such record type in
  Doors succeeds. But deleting this link in Doors fails with
  "CRRCM9983E: action-name parameter was not specified. Defaulted
  to use action of type MODIFY, but more than one action with that
  type were found. Code 409".
  
  If there is only one modify action it succeeds.  OSLC Provider
  should know to use OSLC_MODIFY_LINKS Modify type action, or
  should handle using other Modify actions appropriately.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.13 and 9.0.0.3.
  The last ClearQuest record link can now be successfully removed
