Error description

While a websercvice application is installing, a file handle
for a wsdl file that is generated under wstemp temporarily is
not closed properly. So the file and its directory can't be
deleted with ADMA0078W.

There are some temporary files that are not closed during wsdl
file generation, when these files need to be deleted, the
message ADMA0078W occurs.

Problem conclusion

The APAR fixes this problem. Please notice this fix need to
work together with 2 SDK APARs: IV78195 and IV83478.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.43, 8.0.0.13, 8.5.5.10 and 9.0.0.1  Please
