  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This fix provides support for the       *
  *                      following new SOLUTION packs:           *
  *                      - DB2 Extended Utilities Suite for      *
  *                       z/OS V1.1                              *
  *                      - DB2 Utilities Solution Pack for       *
  *                       z/OS V3.1                              *
  *                      - DB2 Management Solution Pack for      *
  *                       z/OS V1.1                              *
  *                      As the DB2 Utilities Suite for z/OS     *
  *                      component, in these solution packs,     *
  *                      can have different version and release  *
  *                      the IBM Tools Customer will display     *
  *                      blank version and release for this      *
  *                      component on the "Select the            *
  *                      Components to Customize" panel.         *
  *                      With this PTF blank version, release,   *
  *                      and mode values are allowed for         *
  *                      components in the solution pack.        *
  *                      When no version, release and mode are   *
  *                      specified for the component in the      *
  *                      solution pack.  A blank version will    *
  *                      be displayed, for the component, on     *
  *                      the "Select the Components to           *
  *                      Customize" panel.                       *
