APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a load job encounters an error, the error is corrected and
  the load is restarted, the restarted job may end with message:
  ABPU5341E Unable to determine restart status for utility
  This is an operational update to minimize the need to run the
  ABPMAINT job. When a syntax occurs this will remove the
  requirement to run ABPMAINT.
