Error description
Enable Portal 8.5.0 GM install on WAS 9. This will enable Portal 8.5.0 GM to install and initially run on WAS 9. Running Portal 8.5.0.0 on WAS 9 is not a supported configuration. This is only intended as an initial step in preparation to installing Portal V9 which requires Portal Cumulative Fix (CF) 13 or beyond.
