PI59782: Eclipselink on Liberty is missing javax.json imports

Error description

The Eclipselink third-party library bundle is missing the
optional javax.json imports, which can cause
ClassNotFoundExceptions for classes in that package to be
thrown.

The package imports declaration in the Eclipselink third party
bundle's manifest is missing optional javax.json imports, which
are defined in the original eclipselink core bundle.

Problem conclusion

The Eclipselink third party bundle has been corrected for this
omission.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
