Error description

• The target job issues message "CKZ00088E Subtask
  'subtask_number', VSAM PUT Error" during the log apply phase
  writing pages past high used RBA.  This occurs when the target
  data set high used RBA is less than the high allocated RBA and
  the tracks between high used RBA and high allocated RBA have
  not been formatted for count-key-data.
  Additional messages, such as "CKZ00002E Subtask
  'subtask_number', CLOSE ACB Error" and SYSTEM ABEND=SA03, may
  accompany message CKZ00088E.
