PI59519: Update product.json model to match recent changes in API Connect

Error description

API Connect modified its product.json schema, so this ifix
updates the model used by Liberty.

The product.json model changed between API Connect's Beta and
API Connect's GA.

Problem conclusion

WebSphere Application Server Liberty has now updated its
product.json model to match the expected model used by API
Connect.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
