For a managed bean that is identified with the
javax.annotation.ManagedBean annotation that has a method
named ejbCreate, the application server process may treat
this method as a lifecycle post construct method.

For a managed bean that is identified with the
javax.annotation.ManagedBean annotation that has a method named
ejbCreate, the application server process may treat this method
as a lifecycle post construct method.

Problem conclusion

A method named 'ejbCreate' should only be considered a lifecycle
post construct for Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) written to the
EJB 2.x APIs. The behavior has been corrected.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
