Error description

  • You may find that you experience a performance issue when
    navigating ClearTeam Explorer (CTE) web views if your workspace
    contains a shared remote snapshot view workspace when you are
    accessing the data over a VPN.
    
    If you stop the albd service before you access anything in the
    CTE client, your local dynamic and snapshot as well as remote
    dynamic views will not be accessed.  However, if you have a
    shared remote snapshot workspace in CTE, the client will attempt
    to access the view over the VPN.
    
    To workaround the issue, you need to remove the remote snapshot
    view from your workspace and then connect to your web views.
