PROBLEM SUMMARY:
Using the CANCEL THREAD command from the Enhanced 3270 UI can
trigger ABEND0C4 ABEND0C3 ABENDU0200 due to the command being
copied into insufficient storage.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Ensure storage allocated for the CANCEL THREAD command is
sufficient.
