• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the OMEGAMON Collector is running and option auto detect
  is activated for the PE Server subtask, the PE Server subtask
  load module DGOVMSTR abends with system completion code S0C4.
  Monitoring of the DB2 subsystems is no longer possible.
  .
  Abend S0C4-11 in DGOVMSTR +127A V530 due to R12 is bad.
  The 0C4-11 occurred as the SSCTSUSE field (R12) didn't contain
  a valid address.Then OMPE terminated with
