  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of the DB2 Administration Tool         *
  *                 for z/OS who use CLIST ADBL to start         *
  *                 the DB2 Admin Tool.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When High Performance Unload (HPU)      *
  *                      SINZLINK load library is specified      *
  *                      during the customization process,       *
  *                      there were three problems:              *
  *                                                              *
  *                      1 - If the main HPU program INZUTILB    *
  *                      is not authorized in the IKJTSOnn       *
  *                      member of PARMLIB, the message          *
  *                      INZCE0322 is displayed when using       *
  *                      CLIST ADBL to start the DB2 Admin       *
  *                      Tool.                                   *
  *                                                              *
  *                      2 - If the HPU version is 4.2, the      *
  *                      message LSCX500 is displayed when       *
  *                      using CLIST ADBL to start the DB2       *
  *                      Admin Tool.                             *
  *                                                              *
  *                      3 - If 'High Performance Unload (HPU)   *
  *                      enabled' is specified as 'NO' during    *
  *                      the customization process, the option   *
  *                      'HPU - High Performance Unload' is      *
  *                      still displayed on panel ADB2UOPS       *
  *                      'Change Utilities Option' via the       *
  *                      'UO - Customize utility options'        *
  *                      command from panel ADB28M 'Migrate      *
  *                      Parameters'.                            *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When HPU SINZLINK load library is specified during the
  customization process, there were three problems.
  
  1 - If the main HPU program INZUTILB is not authorized
  in the IKJTSOnn member of PARMLIB, the message INZCE0322
  is displayed when using CLIST ADBL to start the DB2 Admin
  Tool:
  
  INZCE0322 ERROR : THE MODULE INZUTILB IS NOT APF
                      AUTHORIZED
  
  2 - If the HPU version is 4.2, the message LSCX500 is
  displayed when using CLIST ADBL to start the DB2 Admin
  Tool:
  
  LSCX500 **** WARNING **** ERRNO = ENFOUND
