PI59032: Unable to create android app with proguard enabled when using android SDK 23

Error description

• Description :
  Unable to create an native android obfuscated APK, when progaurd
  is enabled.
  (i.e) a signed app fails to build with the below error in the
  MFP studio console.

  This issue is not observed, when progaurd is not enabled.
