Error description

• The Create EGL Client Interface wizard includes an option to
  overwrite the same named EGL files to avoid duplicate entries
  "Overwrite existing files".
  However its observed that although the wizard indicates that any
  applicable records have been deleted an error is still flagged
  within problems view as the entries have not in fact been
  deleted.
