  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  This APAR is relevant for the Java implementation of the Data
  Tools Runtime Client (DTRC). Under rare conditions the DTRC can
  not release parts of the objects in the java heap in
  interaction with a restarting OPM server. Therefore the java
  heap can reach the heap limit and cause out of memory
  exceptions.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  DTRC code has been fixed to solve the problem.
