PI58758: DASHBOARD REPORT NOT REPORTING CPIC TRANSACTIONS AND THE INTERNAL RESOURCE USAGE REPORT HAS INCORRECT RESULTS

Error description

• 1. The Dashboard report includes CPIC transactions in the
  "Unknown" Region type, rather than the CPI-C transaction
     type of the "MPP" Region type.
  2. The STD transaction type is not documented in the
     "Dashboard report" section in the Report Reference.
  3. The IRUR INTERVAL(nnnn) option is not producing the correct
     report results when the interval between checkpoints is
     less than the specified INTERVAL.

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made for the above issues:
  1. CPIC transactions are correctly reported under the
     MPP Region type.
  2. The "Dashboard report" section in the Report Reference is
     updated to include the definition of the STD transaction
     type. Refer to ++HOLD DOC for the updates.
  3. The IRUR report is updated to correctly handle situations
     where a checkpoint interval is less than the specified
     INTERVAL(nnnn) option. In this case the interval values are
     aggregated until the combined checkpoint intervals exceed the
     the specified INTERVAL value, at which time they are reported
  4. The "Internal Resource Usage reports" section in the User's
     Guide is updated to clarify the INTERVAL reporting option.
