Problem conclusion
This object should already be stored in the hashmap. It was found that this hashmap is not thread-safe, so the code was modified to make sure the hashmap is thread-safe. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix packs 8.0.0.13, 8.5.5.11 and 9.0.0.2.
