Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: BTS RA: Too many connect/disconnect     *
  *                      per BTS session.                        *
  *                      BTS Eclipse: BTS input commands are     *
  *                      cleared after importing a file with     *
  *                      IMS data only                           *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Install the fix and update the BTS RA in     *
  *                 WebSphere.                                   *
  *                 Install the fix and update the Eclipse       *
  *                 Drop-ins folder and restart Eclipse.         *
  ****************************************************************
  BTS RA has excessive number of Connect/Disconnect because the
  BTS RA does not reuse the connections to the IMS Tools TCP
  server.
  

Problem conclusion

• BTS RA was updated to use connection pooling and re-use existing
  connections.
  BTS Eclipse was updated to keep BTS input commands when imported
  file only contains IMS data.
