PI58121: DB2 ADMIN TOOL AFTER ALTER DATABASE, RUNSTATS UTILITY STATEMENT NOT GENERATED CORRECTLY

Error description

• ALTER DATABASE to change database name. The WSL is created with
  correct statements to drop and recreate the database and the
  objects in it. But the Runstats utility statement was not
  generated correctly, it used the original database name instead
  of the new one. This problem only happens when a table space
  contains a MQT.
