Error description

When attempting to add a bookmark to the Admin Center's
Toolbox, if the URL being added is an Explore search URL
which includes tag search criteria, the URL is reported to
be invalid.

When attempting to add a bookmark to the Administrative Center's
Toolbox, if the URL being added is an Explore search URL which
includes tag search criteria, the URL is reported to be
invalid.

Problem conclusion

Corrected URL validation logic which prevented the tilde
character ( ) from being present in the URL string. This allows
Explore tool search URLs which specify tags as search criteria
to be recognized as valid URLs and can be added as bookmarks to
the toolbox.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
