Problem summary

• COBOL code with USAGE IS SQL TYPE IS CLOB syntax was not
  properly handled by COBOL preprocessor, producing an error.
  

Problem conclusion

• Current design is that statements with USAGE IS SQL TYPE IS
  CLOB syntax are now substituted with a working replacement
  statement.
