Problem summary

With no checkpoint record HPCA does not determine the unit of Recovery (UOR) is no longer In Flight. PITCA does not accumulate changes for UORs.
Problem conclusion
The High Performance Change Accumulation utility is changed to use accounting records ACBTCHT (batch IMS ended) and ACSTOP (IMS stopped) to determine the UOR is no longer In Flight.
