PI57481: ADD ABILITY TO SPECIFY VALUE '-1' AS TS/IX PRIMARY/SECONDARY QUANTITY DURING SETUP.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Table Editor TS/IX primary and secondary quantity does not
  currently allow a value of -1.
  During Installation of the Tool it is not allowed to put
  -1 in the fields for primary and secondary quantity
  of Tablespaces and Indexes.
  This change will allow -1 to be used for these values.
