Error description

• Running the IBM Rational ClearCase command: "cleartool chmaster
  -stream <replica> <read-only-stream>" returns the following
  error:
  cleartool: Error: Internal error on associated objects.
  cleartool: Error: Mastership of some objects associated with
  this stream are not changed.
  You must run this command again and specify the -override
  option.
  multitool: Error: INTERNAL ERROR detected and logged with the NT
  Event Service. See the Event Viewer for the error message
  Event:
  multitool: Error: Null VOB handle passed to libvob routine.
  
  
  The stream object is properly mastered at the new replica as was
  expected.
